Many thanks Tomislav & good luck everyone & Happy Halloween The actual download took about the normal time to complete, so that was fine in the end but i did wonder how long it would take to complete the download while the web page’s wouldn’t load. Theres still time but you just need to multitask while trying it & take your time. This took me about 3 or 4 attempts per page & it did take a long time for each page to successfully load in the end, but each page did eventually load. I would recommend that using an ethernet cable is better than using wi-fi to help you with this issue.Įvery time i saw the page which says: this page won’t load (or when the page times out after about 5 or 10 mins for each page), i scrolled back to the page before the failure notice (same page i was on) & i tried the same thing again & again (reloading the page was a waste of time for me). Sorry to hear some people are having issues. By clicking on the “+” (plus sign), I added the /Applications/Waves folder, and after clicking refresh button, cubase recognised Waves plugins.Thanks so much once again Tomislav, BPB, Christian and Satyabrata, this is really very awesome. After I pointed to the folder, Cubase started showing the Waves VST instruments again.Īs for the disappearing plugins (effects): I managed to get these back by going to Devices > Plug-in Manager. Go to Preferences, locate the folder “Waves Preferences,” and move it to your Desktop.Īfter I dragged&dropped the “Waves Preferences” folder to desktop, and restarting Cubase, it asked me to point to this folder.
In Finder, click on the Go menu, hold down the key, and click on Library. If prompted to locate the Waves Plug-ins Folder, direct to the above location. Launch your host application with a fresh session. In Roaming, locate the folder named “Waves Audio” and move it to the Desktop.
